Obama Advances Global Vaccine Agenda with Executive Order

Let’s step away from the disaster called Obamacare for a bit and take a look at another very real healthcare issue:  vaccines.  Here’s something that has been credited with wiping out diseases world-wide that killed tens of millions in earlier times.  Children are routinely vaccinated against childhood illnesses and seniors get in line for their annual flu jab.  So what’s the problem, and why is Mr. Obama in the middle of this issue?

Actually there are several serious problems to consider here.

In once case, we have the Centers for Disease Control admitting that it covered up the connection between the childhood vaccines and autism.

““I can’t believe we did what we did, but we did,” stated Dr. Thompson in the interview below. “The CDC knew about the relationship between the age of first MMR vaccine and autism incidence in African-American boys as early as 2003, but chose to cover it up.” He remarked “we’ve missed ten years of research because the CDC is so paralyzed right now by anything related to autism.”

If that’s not enough of a concern, we have the mysterious deaths of autism researchers and the deaths of holistic doctors who claim to have natural cures for many of these diseases.  These are very disturbing reports.

Building on the globalist angle to this story, we have Bill Gates predicting a pandemic that will kill 33 million.  An advocate of mass vaccination, it has been become clear that he sees vaccines not just as a preventative but rather as a tool of population reduction.

So now we get to discussing what Mr. Obama is up to in the waning days of his administration.  With his ability to wreak havoc in various parts of the globe and within the US mercifully coming to an end in two months, he’s decided to wield his executive order pen in the vaccine debate.

Last Friday, November 4th, Obama quietly signed an Executive Order titled Advancing the Global Health Security Agenda to Achieve a World Safe and Secure from Infectious Disease Threats.

It is the policy of the United States to advance the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA), which is a multi-faceted, multi-country initiative intended to accelerate partner countries’ measurable capabilities to achieve specific targets to prevent, detect, and respond to infectious disease threats (GHSA targets), whether naturally occurring, deliberate, or accidental.

So basically, the agenda is to push vaccines and normalize quarantine procedures across nations during outbreaks.

This begins as very interesting, then it turns ominous.

GHSA Immunization Agenda states that participating countries must have….

A functioning national vaccine delivery system—with nationwide reach, effective distributions, access for marginalized populations, adequate cold chain, and ongoing quality control.

At least 90% coverage of the country’s 15-month-old population with at least one dose of measles-containing vaccine.

And from ominous, it turns frightening as we see Mr. Gates getting involved and the word “quarantine” mentioned in US government documents.

Some notable “Five Year Action Items” include:

Conduct routine immunization activities
Implement case-based surveillance
Achieve and document vaccination of health care workers

Bill Gates provided the CDC with a surveillance tool that helps identify “district-level measles risk” based on immunization records.

What’s more, the HHS recently proposed giving the CDC the power to detain and quarantine people without due Process [emphasis added].

Is the United States moving in the direction of detaining people without constitutional guarantees if they refuse to be vaccinated or to have their children vaccinated?

Perhaps a serious “review” of this executive order needs to be near the top of Mr. Trump’s “to do” list on his arrival in the Oval Office.
