The climate of terror deniers in the United States is so bad that leftists are constantly saying ISIS wants us to reject the refugees. Seriously folks? ISIS has already used immigration as a weapon against us and will continue to do so. Without our complicity to take in refugees, a jihadist must cross Europe and swim the Atlantic to get here. Trust me, that’s really hard. ISIS would much prefer to send us their jihadist assassins on a nice flight over Europe and another trans-Atlantic junket to New York City or Washington D.C. Maybe even a pleasant cruise should the planes get busy.
Senator and Candidate Ted Cruz has figured this out and is introducing legislation to aid our Governors in this time of crisis and denial.
The American people are obviously hungry for their border woes to be taken seriously. From Red Flag News:
Senator Ted Cruz, who is seeking the Republican nomination for president in 2016, said on Tuesday that he introduced legislation to give governors the ability to opt out of refugee resettlement programs.
Cruz said that if President Barack Obama wanted to send refugees to any state, his legislation would let its governor refuse to participate, “to conclude that the federal government has not done a sufficient job ensuring that the safety and security of the citizens of the state will be protected.”
If Ted Cruz can fore this issue to the Senate floor, it will make for exciting news and the spotlight will be on the real number one issue of our times.
