“I can’t answer what a local police force would use a bayonet for,” Alan Estevez said.

Rand Paul is completely correct, of course, that there is no need for bayonets in local law enforcement. Bayonets are for hand-to-hand combat in battle and the only purpose is to kill.

Obama is going to declare martial law sometime before he leaves office. And you know what happens if he does it before he’s out? He stays in! So I wonder… If a person was trying to become a 3 term president, or the last president, is this how they would go about it?
Sad thing is….. Nothing will be done about any of this. obama said he wanted a civilian police force every bit as equipped as our military. He’s telling us what he’s doing but nobody is REALLY listening. We are going into a police country not just a state. Wake up sheeple. Wake up !!

LoL like who cares. Who doesn’t have a kitchen knife that’s bigger than a bayonet. Bayonets are an awful weapon to use at the end of a rifle. It’s slow and anyone that has gone to basic training know how crummy bayonets are. I’d be more worried about the bullets…. I mean I get it, they are arming a few 200,000 (I’m guessing, but the army is less than this) to control cities that are well over a few million. Or…. maybe ISIS could be in our country already defecting citizens to fight against the government by leaking stuff like this. How to you tear apart the USA? Obviously not in war, we would destroy any country that would try to go on a full out war with us. The best way to take apart a strong country is from within. In earth’s history, the greatest countries always crumbled from within. And there is no way Obama could do this alone, there many more people involved. Obama is just the distraction from whats really going on. If the government is truly going to control over american citizens, you guys need to find who is actually calling the shots cause I guarantee Obama is a distraction. There’s 50 states and there’s governors, judges, and mayors that act independently and can create laws for their areas.
