Last Thursday a Mexican military helicopter entered US airspace over Arizona and fired at border patrol agents. What prompted Mexican military to make such an attack is still unknown, but an apology has been issued by the Mexican government over the incident.
Fortunately, the border agents, who were probably changing diapers at the time, didn’t report any injuries.
Also this week, smugglers shot in the vicinity of border patrol in order to harass them.
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol provided Breitbart Texas with a statement that said, “At approximately 5:45 a.m. Thursday morning, a Mexican law enforcement helicopter crossed approximately 100 yards north into Arizona nearly 8 miles southwest of the Village of San Miguel on the Tohono O’odham Indian Nation while on a law enforcement operation near the border. Two shots were fired from the helicopter but no injuries or damage to U.S. property were reported. The incident is currently under investigation.”
According to a report from local media outlet KVOA, Mexican authorities reportedly apologized to the U.S. subsequent to the fired shots.
As Breitbart Texas previously reported, more than 500 armed Mexican troops or police have crossed the border and entered the U.S. over the past 10 years. U.S. Customs and Border Protection commissioner Gil Kerlikowske said that 131 people were detained as a result of the instances, which are reportedly referred to as “incursions.” A total of 81 such incursions involved “verbal or physical contact.”
They can cross the border and fire on our agents and they go home? What about our Marine?

Amazing. Of the 317 million people in the U.S. 160 million are illegal immigrants. I suppose the number gets higher if you count all non Native Americans as illegals.
We also have the National Guard, and they could guard our borders as well. We need to protect our homeland as much as and more than we need to help other countries protect theirs.

I think punitive expeditions are called for! They won’t let our marine go home. See if they wish to put our military in jail for weapons across the border! Close the border and attack the cartels and dare Mexico to try to stop us!
I can’t believe the latitude of ignorance that is displayed by the right wing fanatics in this once fine country. They read something (very little detail in the writings) and automatically think violent acts in retaliation to the reading. We have people wanting to mine the borders. That makes a lot of sense if you don’t mind killing innocent (yes innocent!!!!) people. These people crossing the borders are looking for a better life. And of course the mining is going to kill children too. Well this just makes to much $#%&!@*ing sense!!!! And I read one guys comment saying that 12,000 cross the border every day. More ignorance. If that were the case then the population estimates, not only in our country, but in Mexico, are going to be way off. My challenge to my extreme right wing fanatics, is to find away to correct this apparent wrong without using violent tendencies. I’m betting you can’t, because you’re inferior minds don’t work that way.
