Hillary Refuses to Answer Question Regarding Indictment

The Kool-Aide drinking crowd went wild over Hillary’s email scandal answer at the Democratic Presidential Debate in Miami.  Jorge Ramos asked her who gave her “permission to operate the email system as you did? Was it President Barack Obama? And would you drop out of the race if you get indicted?”

In classic Hillary pomposity, she responded,

“Well, Jorge, there’s a lot of questions in there. And I’m going to give the same answer I’ve been giving for many months. It wasn’t the best choice. I made a mistake. It was not prohibited. It was not in any way disallowed. And as I have said and as now has come out, my predecessors did the same thing and many other people in the government. But here’s the cut to the chase facts. I did not send or receive any emails marked classified at the time. What you are talking about is retroactive classification. And the reason that happens is when somebody asks or when you are asked to make information public, I asked all my emails to be made public. Then all the rest of the government gets to weigh in.

And some other parts of the government, we’re not exactly sure who, has concluded that some of the emails should be now retroactively classified. They’ve just said the same thing to former Secretary Colin Powell. They have said, we’re going to retroactively classify emails you sent personally.  Now I think he was right when he said this is an absurdity. And I think that what we have got here is a case of overclassification.

Judge Napolitano of Fox News thinks that Mrs. Clinton’s prospects aren’t great, because her decision to store emails on a private server very likely damaged the security of our country, reports Truth and Action.

The judge noted that former CIA Director Gen. Michael Hayden recently called it “certain” that the Russians hacked into Clinton’s unsecured server.

Bill Hemmer asked why there has been no indictment against Clinton, as the FBI investigation drags on. The judge answered that there is a “growing perception” that the likely Democratic presidential nominee is receiving “special treatment” from the Obama administration.

“Attorney General Lynch will need to determine when and how that evidence is going to make its way to a grand jury. If it does, Mrs. Clinton will be indicted. If it doesn’t, she won’t be, but the attorney general will have one hell of an explanation to make.”

Ramos interrupts, “If we get your permission…” to which Hillary responded, “I am not concerned about it. I am not worried about it and no Democrat or American should be either.”

And the crowd went wild… morons.

“Secretary Clinton, the questions were, who gave you permission to cooperate? Was it President Obama?” repeated Ramos.

“There was no permission to be asked. It had been done by my predecessors. It was permitted,” claimed Hillary.

For the clincher, Ramos asked, “If you get indicted would you going to drop out?”

Hillary squawked, “Oh, for goodness — that’s not going to happen. I’m not even answering that question.”

Again, the zealots applaud hypnotically at her answer, utterly blind to her criminal behavior.

Picture it: Hillary Clinton, Democrat nominee for president, standing trial for endangering the country, mishandling classified materials, and being forced to admit her lies under oath, all on the TVs of millions of Americans.

Where will her believers be then?
