Military veteran and painter, Lee Bowerman, is being asked by Colorado Veterans Administration to paint over a section of his war mural that contains an image of the Confederate flag.
The mural is a beautifully drawn representation of American history that spans all American wars, from the Revolutionary War, to current conflicts in the Middle East.

The VA uses “needs based” access to VA medical care. Basically you have to be indigent to qualify. No matter that you served honorably and even bravely. Nope. You must be an indigent to qualify.
