It seems like Pope Francis is determined to see that his papacy is marked by an extraordinary level of controversy, much of it generated by him within the Catholic Church itself. While the Christian faith is no stranger to theological disputes since its inception 2,000 years ago, some periods have obviously been marked by more vigorous debates than others, much to the regret of devoted adherents to the Faith.
Yet Pope Francis doesn’t seem to be troubled by being the center of some very divisive disputes, or the fact that he is the one who has created them.
He has taken a strong position in favor of open immigration, and has made statements on theology that are in direct opposition to historic Christian doctrine such as his proclamation that all religions worship the same god.
He recently took a very charitable and supportive position on Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro, an avowed atheist, who just died.
But this time he may have really done it. See page two.

They aren’t. Well, I think the Bible does mention Bishops. But they aren’t as lofty. The “purpose” was that Constantine thought it would be easier to control Christians by taking their side” instead of persecuting them like his forbears, and made the Catholic Church to make his control of the empire easier. Catch more flies with honey than vinegar, as they say. And a “church” founded by an emperor is going to act pompous like an emperor.
Sadly, maybe it is the opposite. Maybe the ones you have seen were farther. As many of the early popes were tyrants and scum even worse than this scum of a pope.
As a lifelong Christian, I am wondering how you people have the Bible (well, I know you were banned from reading it yourselves [which should be red flags as it is]) and think there IS a real pope at all, as that is pretty much NOT Biblical.
Inserted? One could argue the “Church” was FOUNDED on such. Constantine was basically a globalist of his day, being emperor and all.
Half correct. ALL popes are f**e.
You are correct (except no pope is truly for Jesus, otherwise they would follow His teachings, which go against many of the Catholic Church). However, you are incorrect in assuming this false prophet is “more like Jesus”.
All popes kind of do in the first place.
Jesus is Lord. Obey HIM, not false prophets who claim to be for Him, but teach many blasphemies.
And anti means to be against…. usually through replacement. There for all popes: little antichrists.
Being a religious leader, that would make him a good position to be the False Prophet.
