CA Passes Bill Jailing People for Using Wrong Gender Pronouns

CA is busy doing what liberals do best. Forcing people to agree with their diabolical plans to destroy American society.

Gov. Jerry Brown (CA-D) signed a bill into law Oct 4th, 2017 forbidding citizens from calling transgender people in nursing homes by the wrong desired (gender) pronoun.

The law’s effect is limited to nursing homes and other long-term care facilities, but mandates that those who “willfully and repeatedly” refuse “to use a transgender resident’s preferred name or pronouns” can be slapped with a $1,000 fine and up to one year in prison, according to the California Heath and Safety code.

Known as the “LGBT Senior Bill Of Rights,” the legislation also requires nursing homes and care facilities to allow residents to use the bathroom of their choice, regardless of biological sex. The bill’s author, state Sen. Scott Weiner, argues that religious views don’t hold weight in public areas.

Identifying people by their biological sex features is not necessarily reflective of religious views. Why does Sen. Scott Weiner conflate the two?

This doesn’t really have anything to do with actually improving the lives of the overall populous. But, who is surprised? That is the Democratic Party.

I spoke with two CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistants) working at assisted living centers to find out how likely it is for someone stricken with a mental illness to remember pronouns. Go to the next page to see what I discovered:
