My question is, what if the deceased written a will and put the gun in the will to a family member… Notice that it says, “15 days to transfer or sell to permit holder or dealer..” a dead person cannot sign the papers of transfer or even a bill of sale, and they never note about legality of wills. They say that a will must be respected and valued and shall be done as requested if it is legal.
How many dead people are killing people? I personally have never heard of even one .
