Police in Buffalo, N.Y., have set forth a plan to begin confiscating the firearms of legal gun owners within days of their deaths.
This is one more little step in the agenda that gun control advocates have embarked on to inch us closer and closer to complete disarmament.
Of course, a communist government is incompatible with an armed populace.
New enforcement of an old law on the books in one New York city highlights why it’s vital to be cautious and vigilant about firearms rights. Check out the full story and a video summary on the Next Page:

Who is gonna be left to go pick up the guns from their families after they try to take the guns from mine?
I’ve already sold my guns upon my death and the owners have written permission to enter my house to get their gun even if they have to break a window to get in while the family is gone. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it !
To inderstand this, you should read “Synagogue of Satan” by Andrew Carrington Hitch$#%&!@*.
I already have plans on who I will give my weapons to if I find that I have a short time to live. Pure Americans that the goobernment will NEVER trace!… and NO… I will NOT go through a FFL dealer to do it!
The problem isn’t the confiscation, the problem is in the registration
Does the city of Buffalo have any power to step over the 2nd amendment????
What about the rights of the rest of the family members?
Whtaever happened to inheriting Grandpa’s personal belongings???
One other thing, the individuals who tap LIKE, dose that mean you are in FAVOR that the police can do this???
This is why you don’t register!! Constitution says nothing about registering your arms or having to have a permit to carry! Use your heads people. You abide by the law, you get burned!
Dawn says:
“My question is, what if the deceased written a will and put the gun in the will to a family member… Notice that it says, “15 days to transfer or sell to permit holder or dealer..” a dead person cannot sign the papers of transfer or even a bill of sale, and they never note about legality of wills. They say that a will must be respected and valued and shall be done as requested if it is legal.”
