When a person dies and has guns it is the right of the next of kin to have those guns and the police department need to be sued.
This is stealing assets of an estate. Taking such personal property for safe keeping may be prudent until an executor is Appointed. Such estate Assets should be distributed to the beneficiaries at the proper Time
