A writer at the Washington Post has a proposition to heal the racial divide: give blacks reparations in the form of having their vote count more than whites.
Theodore R. Johnson, current Ph.D candidate in law and policy at Northeastern University, believes the racial divide will not resolve until some form reparations are made.

Okay, if black votes should count for more then stop voting multiple times under different names; quit complaining about having to show photo ID to vote, and for God’s sake, grow up and become a REAL American citizen. Maybe then, and only then, will anyone consider taking you seriously. Don’t like it, Africa is still open for immigration and we won’t hold you back.
