Vicente Fox Threatens War with Mexico if Trump is Elected

“One moment Fox is cursing at Trump and now he is making amends and apologizing.  Politics as usual?” queries Truth and Action.  Again, Vicente Fox plays both sides of the border, attempting to romance Trump while keeping his fellow latinos happy.

In his interview with Kickass Politics, done shortly before his apology to Trump in a Breitbart interview, Fox called Trump an ugly America gringo and said Trump’s offensiveness would cause a war.  Shortly after this inflammatory statement to Ben Mathis, he apologized for his vulgar language.

During an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, former Mexican President Vicente Fox apologized Wednesday for the vulgar language he has used regarding GOP front-runner Donald Trump’s proposal to build a wall along the southern border and invited the likely Republican nominee to Mexico to see the border from the other side, wrote Truth and Action.

Here is the incendiary segment of the interview, where Fox threatens war.

We are coming back to the era of the ugly American, which was the gringo was hated all around the world. And this guy, pretty soon he got the title, he is the ugly American, he is the hated gringo because he’s attacking all of us, he’s offending all of us.  I mean that could take us to a war, not to a trade war, of course.  I can tell you in Mexico, we have a saying, we say, “We are chiquitos, very small, but we’re like the jalapeno!” So don’t play around, we can jump walls, and swim rivers and we can defend ourselves.

Truth and Action shared, “In a podcast interview with Ben Mathis of Kickass Politics, Fox said, “I’m not going to pay for that f*cking wall and please don’t take out the ‘f*cking’ full word.”

Although the interview will be released on Tuesday, it was recorded before Fox apologized for using the same phrase regarding the wall in the past.

In the Kickass Politics conversation, Fox was anything but apologetic. He called the presumptive Republican presidential nominee “crazy” and a “false prophet,” and compared him to Latin American demagogues who “destroy economies.” He also said some of Trump’s proposals could lead to war.

“Don’t play around with us,” Fox said. “We can jump walls. We can swim rivers. And we can defend ourselves.”

Fox has not changed his mind about Trump, his apology is insincere and only meant to gain favor with the presumptive GOP nominee.
