Henderson State University, a public college in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, placed signs around the school in an effort to ban saggy pants in August 2015, although they never created an official policy within their dress code.
The signs sought to crack down not only on saggy pants, but on profanity and rude behavior as well. The school felt the need to curb disruptive behavior that negatively influenced the learning environment.
Now, they have been forced to take the signs down as some are stating that the school is seeking to suppress black culture.

If someone comes into your home or business and takes off their pants; don’t you have the right to kick em out?
It only looks kak!
It should be denounced as just stupid!
A solution, is all us old men start doing the same thing. Over 70 that is.
I agree with you @[100007594356602:2048:Rita B$#%&!@*o]
You don’t have to be white to pull up your pants…how is this dress code racist?
Real truth about the sag is people in prison use that to let others know they are gay so apparently we have a lot of gay fokes around
Here in Lancaster Cali…..there is an anti-sagging law in public………….so no surprise here………………….it just seems we have a generation of people who don’t have Moms!……which equates to ZERO COUTH
Cops love saggy pants, easier to catch the thugs when they run!
Why racist. Who would wear that.
