Henderson State University, a public college in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, placed signs around the school in an effort to ban saggy pants in August 2015, although they never created an official policy within their dress code.
The signs sought to crack down not only on saggy pants, but on profanity and rude behavior as well. The school felt the need to curb disruptive behavior that negatively influenced the learning environment.
Now, they have been forced to take the signs down as some are stating that the school is seeking to suppress black culture.

so, who really gives two hoops if clothing requirements or anything else is racist…..you live in “THE MELTING POT” duh, many races living together…..not like American is a nationality….like African, Irish, Spanish, Swedes, oh wait….there is a nationality just to many of them killed off and they seem to belong to the melting pot because many of our/your ancestors inter-married. Wake up and smell the coffee. Many nationalities living on the same land are simple going to talk about the other nationality that is on the same land…..gee, still my quote for nearly my life long “still looking for intelligent life on earth.” The fighting Irish in me wants to sat shut up and deal with it, the Indian, mean and hard agrees. Shut up and find something to help this land and the people on it now. Find a better way to feed the folks in your area and make it better because you are a temporary visitor to the planet…and we all bleed red, pee yellow.
