Trump and Tillerson Dance on Remains of Obama’s Disastrous Foreign Policies on 1st Official State Visit to Saudi Arabia

Although President Trump has made it clear he intends to send a strong message instructing Middle Eastern leaders to follow the U.S. leads and take responsibility for eradicating radical Islamic terrorist groups, he also intends to lead by example and work together.

Middle Eastern governments are not united in hatred for the U.S. They were united in their hatred of former President Obama. The King of Saudi Arabia even refused to meet him at the airport when he visited the country.

Barack Obama may be more focused on building relations with the Muslim world than with the citizens of his own country, but it seems as if his outreach may be in vain. Not even American allies in the Middle East want to be seen with the toxic president, evidenced by the fact that the Saudi Arabian King refused to meet Obama at Air Force One during the president’s latest trip to the country.

The improved U.S./Middle Eastern relations as evidenced throughout President Trump’s trip to Saudi Arabia lends further credence to the hopes building that the grotesque legacy of Obama will soon start to diminish.
