Trump Calls for Investigation into Clinton’s Uranium Deal with Russian Government

In 2010, Hillary Clinton’s State Department signed off on a deal that would sell a controlling stake of Uranium One to the Russian government. The sale proved controversial for many reasons, mainly because Clinton had just finished negotiating a “reset” in relations with the Russian government.

This may have happened many years ago, but the media never gave the controversy much attention..

But they can’t ignore it any longer. Now, Donald Trump wants the House intelligence committee to investigate Clinton’s involvement in the deal:

The race between Trump and Clinton may be over, but Trump isn’t letting his victory overshadow Clinton’s previous, potentially illegal behavior. Trump often questioned Clinton’s ethics while on the campaign trail. Now that he’s in a position of power, he’s demanding answers in an apparent effort to call out mainstream media hypocrisy.
