Taco Bell Employee Refuses to Serve Police

There is a growing number of left-wing establishments that are banning police from their premises.  From Taco Bell in Alabama to Lucky Teriyaki in Washington, police are being discriminated against.

It’s becoming increasingly clear that no event is tragic enough to get some on the left to rally behind our nation’s police. Despite the fact that last week’s Black Lives Matter rally in Dallas provided the most deadly day for law enforcement since September 11th, many police are finding that they’re still not being embraced by liberals across the country.

In fact, the situation seems to be getting worse. It’s as if the murder of five police officers has emboldened the left’s assault on police — like they’ve won their first battle of many.

The wife of Deputy Sheriff Mayo, of Phenix City, Alabama, spoke out against these discriminatory practices on her Facebook page.  Her husband was told a the local Taco Bell that they did not serve police officers.  Here is her story:

My husband is a Deputy Sheriff in Lee County, Alabama and tonight a Deputy on his shift went into Taco Bell in Phenix City, AL and was told that they don’t serve cops. A lady waiting for her food spoke up to say that she was about to ask for a refund because she didn’t want to eat somewhere with a cop. This really disturbs me that people have started treating law enforcement professionals in this manner when these same law enforcement professionals put their lives on the line every day to protect all people, including this woman with a very bad attitude at Taco Bell. We’re going to research this further but if this is what Taco Bell allows to happen, they have lost my business and I hope others of you will do the same.

Taco Bell states that the employee has been fired:
