Repealing the Second Amendment would seemingly be an impossible task. But the left will not so easily give up.
But if the Supreme Court’s decision in Obergefell v. Hodges teaches us anything, it’s that the age of judicial supremacy means that five justices can amend the Constitution far more efficiently than Congress and the state legislatures. And right now there are clearly four Supreme Court justices who are committed to the absurd view that the operative clause of the Second Amendment — “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” — doesn’t actually mean “the right of the people” and therefore doesn’t encompass an individual right to own a weapon, even for self-defense. It can be repealed, but 3/4 of the House and 3/4 of the Senate has to vote to repeal it, then 3/4 of the States Legislatures have to vote to repeal it. How likely is that? I’d say the 2nd Amendment is going to be sticking with us for the forseeable future.

It takes 2/3 of the house 2/3 of the senate and 2/3 of the states to change any amendments to the constitution.
No court may repeal any amendment, nor modify it.

No! Are you telling me that many thousand or millions of people that want to rape women and children are coming here and I can’t arm myself? So these people want to come here and behead me for my my religious beliefs but I can’t defend myself against the masses? Women and children are in fear enough from the could-be predators out there but now we have people coming that believe it is their RIGHT to maim, torture, kill, rape any woman or child they please?
