The structural steel beams did not have to melt, in order to weaken the structure. The impact ripped a lot of beams, and struts, from their positions, causing collapse, and caused the design to be unbalanced. The weight of the building, once the structure was compromised, caused the flors to collapse. The conspiracy theoriies seem to be based upon selective consideration, and facts not evidenced.
