This week, social media personality and right-wing commentator Mike Cernovich reported that the Obama administration surveilled both Sean Hannity and Erik Prince. The news was apparently discovered by journalist Chuck Johnson:

The news quickly got to Hannity, who said on Twitter that the accusations weren’t shocking, considering the Obama administration’s history of illegal surveillance

If true, Hannity is willing to sue the administration — proving that Hannity is unafraid of confrontation when wronged by high-level government officials.
