Rand Paul is completely correct, of course, that there is no need for bayonets in local law enforcement. Bayonets are for hand-to-hand combat in battle and the only purpose is to kill.

Even to use against our own if need be. Our own government has turned against the people, we have to fight for ourselves. Cold war days are here. The gov. isn’t the only ones that should have weapons.
