Then there was the alleged bombshell that the Pope went a step further when he discussed the “failure” of Jesus’ life and the “failure of the cross.”

If you read the article, the Pope says that to human eyes cross was a failure because Jesus was cruelly executed. He is saying that we cannot measure success by outward appearances.

You have brought down the Catholic Church to GUTTER LEVEL. We use to be respected by all faiths, now we are a laughing stock. You where elected as head of the Church to keep God’s way in tact. You keep nuns running their lives the way they want i.e. wearing clothes to were they look like everyday working women, other orders wear a skirt right below the knee and a blouse with a short veil with some hair showing, other wear high heels short skirts, low cut blouses and hair do’ s and make up which makes them look like ladies of the evening. Most of your priests act like single bachelor’s in which their not, they are married to the Church or rather suppose to be, they don’t introduce themselves as priests when in civilian clothing and they use foul GUTTER language to themselves when irritated at someone or something. This is true fact because I know a priest (supposed) that told me he does this and to make matters worse he said he does sexual things. What about this vow called CELEBACY? Priests need a firm hand and have luxuries and privileges taken away permanently and live a life of a priest NOT A BACHELOR. You need to tend to the Church and stay out of politics. Your not the president of Italy, your the Pope. You need to concern yourself with the running of the Church. I just mentioned two problems for you start with. Put dress codes back into the churches, some people come to church so disrespectful. Some wear shirt shorts, halter tops with half their breasts hanging out and men come with short gym shorts and half his merchandise is sticking out. I have seen this in church and the fact that a women gave out the Eucharist with short shorts on and a halter top was over the line. I could not believe the priest let her do it. The priest have way too much freedom, they feel they wear a collar and can do, say and treat people as they wish. That’s why there is so much scandals, priests molesting children, running around with women, running around with men and running around with other priests and running around, I think you know what I am saying. Be the Pope you were elected to be. You stared upon election you only wanted to be in reign for a dew years and retire like Pope Emeritus Benedict. It will be five years in Feb. It is time you step down and let a old school Cardinal be elected. We have never had a Pope who has brought the Church down as you have.
