Pope Francis is calling for “a one world government” and more “political authority”. But, that was hardly his most controversial statement made since he took the ‘throne’.
Pope Francis shared some prepared statements in front of a cheering crowd of 33,000 in Rome stating that having a “personal relationship” with God is “harmful and dangerous”.
This has many people asking what does the Pope really mean and is there any way these remarks could have been taken out of context. And perhaps you can find the real meaning or the missing link behind Pope Francis’s latest message appearing to attack Catholics desiring to have a relationship with Jesus. But, it seems that the man who said “all religions worship the same God”, Pope Francis, doesn’t understand his own religion or the one true God he serves.

These statements are taken out of context and do not represent the teachings of the Catholic Church. Integral to the Church’s teaching is that there are 7 sacraments and you need to attend to receive them. But we also believe in the Trinity so Jesus Christ is integral to our religion. And the “church” are those that attend—the people—it does not reside in our hearts. It is alive because people gather to worship.
Why is he still Pope?
As usual Godici you add an absurdity to context. If you read the speech (and I am getting tired of your lack of research) he is simply stating the views of previous pope’s. He points out that those wandering within Christiandom, without purpose or direction (you for example) need the guidance of Holy Mother the Church to receive comfort and direction. Also I don’t think he is carrying a Democratic voting card unlike you who carry a card stating, “If found wandering the street please notify the psychiatric ward of the nearest hospital. If you are worried about his purpose being to dogmatic, look to the Evangelical Taliban for that threat.
