Yes, the left now wants to require the Department of Defense to pay for sexual transition surgery — and Minority Leader Nany Pelosi is leading the charge.
It may seem like Pelosi had one of her signature senior moments, in which she has trouble making coherent sentences, but she appears to stand behind her statement. In fact, she believes in this goal so much, she even qualified it as a matter of national security.
Maybe this is why the Democrats allowed the GOP to raise military spending last budget — because they would try to use it to push their ludicrous anti-science social agenda.

William Michael Gose not the story I got on tv last week. They get the surgery, go out for 2 years recovery(surgery 130,000 plus lifetime paid hormones). During their recovery the military cannot replace them and leaves us short handed. Estimated cost for taxpayers was 4 billion.
