Yes, the left now wants to require the Department of Defense to pay for sexual transition surgery — and Minority Leader Nany Pelosi is leading the charge.
It may seem like Pelosi had one of her signature senior moments, in which she has trouble making coherent sentences, but she appears to stand behind her statement. In fact, she believes in this goal so much, she even qualified it as a matter of national security.
Maybe this is why the Democrats allowed the GOP to raise military spending last budget — because they would try to use it to push their ludicrous anti-science social agenda.

I hate to yell, but DO NOT USE US AS A POLITICAL FOOTBALL. We are people too, and want to be treated as such. And I, for one, understand that I am responsible for earning and paying for my own medical treatment when it comes to this sort of thing. (I have regular medical coverage through work. I don’t expect them to pay for nonessential procedures either.)

Since when is a sex change procedure considered “health care?” You Democrats are so screwed up in the head that you no longer make sense. You should take advantage of the mental health treatment offered by this program.
Sex changes are the individual’s choice and they should pay for it themselves. This is NOT government responsibility. Taxes should go to schools, military and fix roads and bridges! Pelosi doesn’t care about these people when she wants ISIS/SHARIA LAW in America. She just wants votes.
