Obama Declares ISIS ‘Contained’ Day Before the Paris Terrorist Attacks

This statement one day before the Paris attacks. Obama, his regime and his “lead from behind” left the void filled by ISIS. It can be speculated that if American foreign policy would have been realistic, the rise of ISIS would never have happened, or at least it would have been thwarted within weeks of those terrorists declaring its Caliphate.
