Former President Barack H. Obama has been crawling around the world trailing President Trump is a pathetically obvious case of the ‘The Jellies’ (see below). Even the Times of India is mocking him for thinking he can fool them into thinking that he still represents America.
With headlines reading “In Delhi, Obama slams Trump without once naming him”. The article goes on to laugh at Obama citing it as proof the former President thinks he has a “deadpan sense of humor”, although of course he likely took it as a compliment and contemplating adding Comedian to his resume.
But to the rest of the world, this isn’t funny. In fact, it’s quite possibly illegal and in violation of the 1799 Logan Act!
President Obama is engaged in acts that may go against the Logan Act which prohibits Americans from committing treason by acting with other governments against the US.

The Logan Act (18 U.S.C.A. § 953 [1948]) is a single federal statute making it a crime for a citizen to confer with foreign governments against the interests of the United States. Specifically, it prohibits citizens from negotiating with other nations on behalf of the United States without authorization.
Congress established the Logan Act in 1799, less than one year after passage of the Alien and Sedition Acts, which authorized the arrest and deportation of Aliens and prohibited written communication defamatory to the U.S. government. The 1799 act was named after Dr. George Logan.
How could trailing President Trump overseas and saying the opposite of the actual President of the U.S. not be seen as violating the Logan Act?

I don’t know about you, but the very fact Obama hates President Trump so much is only more reason to like our current President even more!

Before the 21020 elections, Obama, Clinton Kerry and a host of others will be facing various charges from fraud, collusion and obstruction right up to high treason. Bring back the Death by Hanging provision for high treason and find a lot of tall trees. This may or may not be dovetailed with a Civil War, depending on what President Trump can get sorted out between here and there.
Think I am nuts–well 35,000,000 armed, trained defenders of the Constitution and Patriots have joined the same organization–so if we are nuts–guess you should pack up or dig a hole. We are coming.
I cannot believe our “justice” system is ALLOWING this “obligatory” President to continue his interference of our sitting President.
