Obama Skips ‘Moment of Silence’ as World Leaders Hold Observance in Honor of Paris Victims

During a press conference held later that day, he said he would be leaving America’s military might on the shelf, steering clear of a ground offensive. Instead, he says he’s going to go after the root cause of ISIS’s existence. However, he failed to say exactly what that was. He even so far as to call the terror attacks in Paris a “setback”.

But he said Republicans who want to draw blood are not seeing the big picture.

‘We can retake territory, and as long as we leave our troops there we can hold it,’ Obama told reporters gathered in Turkey, ‘but that does not solve the underlying problem of eliminating the dynamics that are producing these violent extremist groups.’

The president said he would continue to embrace that root-causes strategy ‘even though it does not offer the satisfaction, I guess, of a neat headline or an immediate resolution.’

If Republicans back home ‘want to pop off and have opinions about what they think they would do,’ he challenged, they should ‘present a specific plan.’

‘If they think somehow that their advisers are better than my joint chiefs of staff or my generals on the ground, I want to meet them. And we can have that debate.’

That was a jab at Republican presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson, who said last week that China was actively involved in the Syrian civil war, and suggested his intelligence sources were better than the White House’s.

He also took a swipe at Donald Trump, the GOP’s front-runner, who has become fond of claiming that America ‘doesn’t win anymore.’

Obama continues to thumb his nose at any gesture that illuminates the reality of radical Islam and terrorism. In January, while 40 world leaders gathered in an anti-terrorism march in Paris after the Charlie Hebdo terror attack, Obama was sitting on his duff in Washington.

It is beyond obvious that Obama sides with Islam and terrorism and is hell bent on destroying this nation.

“So what’s on Netflix?”….unfortunately, the many Americas still view everything with a box of popcorn instead of with a demand for change.
