Even as Pope Francis flew back to Rome, President Obama immediately issued a stern warning to Christians, threatening them that their attempts to assert their religious liberty to oppose gay rights will fail.
“We affirm that we cherish our religious freedom and are profoundly respectful of religious traditions,” he falsely insisted during a dramatic speech at a LGTB fundraiser in New York City on Sunday night. He glowingly praising the progress made on gay rights under his administration. “But we also have to say clearly that our religious freedom doesn’t grant us the freedom to deny our fellow Americans their constitutional rights.”

If you sacrifice religious freedom for gay rights, you are not religous. Religion is religion, it is not compromise, it is not to be altered. Allowing people to be themselves is fine, but you don’t have to accept it to be kind to someone. Just ignore them and let them be them. As a person you control the people you ALLOW in YOUR life.
