Obama Calls On All Mayors, National Leaders to Rise Up Against Trump

Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto (D) took a statement by our sitting president to be a call to sophomoric, university-style, snowflake temper-tantrum action when he took to Twitter to answer the president's rebuke of the Paris Accord.  President Trump said:

‘I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.’

The response was at once ridiculously partisan and not about the people in his city who are suffering from poverty and unemployment.  His remarks said in no uncertain terms that he intends on defying the president at all costs.

“Fact: Hillary Clinton received 80% of the vote in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh stands with the world & will follow Paris Agreement.”
