Two Muslim truck drivers, Somali “refugees,” refused to make deliveries of beer to their needed locations for their employer. So they were fired, of course. But Barrack Obama has come to save the day for his Muslim friends.
Obama’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) represented them in the case, providing tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars in legal support, judicial filings and court appearances against the employer who was hopelessly outgunned by the Federal government.
And this week the Muslims were awarded a stunning $240,000 by a jury, presided over by an Obama appointee who stunned analysts by allowing the case to go forward at all.

The U.S government and the courts can’t legally have one set of laws for Christians and another set of laws for Muslims and other religious groups.
But now they do.

It is important to note that these truck drivers were aware that they would be required to deliver alcohol as part of their contract. This is neverminding the fact that the Muslim prohibition on alcohol only applies to its consumption and not where you move it.
But this is the new Amerika, where Sharia can be imposed seemingly at will with a terrifying precision, and the contracts you enter into are not predicated on any legal basis, but on the whims of the government.
We have seen a county clerk not do her job because it conflicted with her religious beliefs and get arrested. And, we have seen Christian bakery owners get fined $135,000 for refusing to bake a wedding cake for a lesbian couple, citing their religious beliefs.
Obama didn’t come to their aid. No, his administration only stepped to protect religious liberty when it concerned Muslims.
While leaving Christians out to dry and protecting Muslims, what other conclusion can one come to?
This is a clear-cut case of enforcing Sharia law upon America. Wake up!

With as much disdain as I have for the current administration, I am having a serious problem with the media. This article is about what they are calling “Obama’s EEOC. The EEOC was created by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. There have always been many people that have used an organization that is, in my opinion, corrupt at times. An example would be when I managed a company in Indianapolis. I hired a black man who was in a wheel chair, and was a Rastafarian. I knew this due to his dreads and a conversation we had about him keeping them up while in the work place. I actually bent the rules for him, because no one else wore any type of hat at work. I left him alone for a little less than an hour to complete paperwork that was necessary for employment this company. He was at a desk in the room where all my employees were. There was a fair amount of noise. When I returned, his head was on the desk and he was asleep. Being that this is a world where you have to cover your butt, I went and got my courrier manager so that he could witness what I was seeing. I woke the man up and asked him to come to my office. I would never confront or discipline anyone in front of other people. I asked him if he was on any medication or if he had any medical issues that would have caused this. Re replied “No, I was just tired” I told him that 1st impressions mean a lot and that we would have to part company. Normally when I would terminate someone’s employment, I would go with them to collect their personal belongings and they left immediately. Being that he had a service that would bring and pick him up from his job (which only happened once at this company) I allowed him to stay in the lobby for his ride. Again, I bent the rules for this guy. 3 weeks later, I received a letter from the EEOC stating that I had discriminated against this man because he was a black, handicapped, rastafarian. I simply sent them a letter stating that he was asleep withing an hour of employment, and that he had been paid for that hour. Now we have the media adding fuel unnecessarily to the fire. ANY COMPANY FROM THIS POINT FORWARD THAT HIRES EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE ON THEIR APPLICATION AND IN THEIR COMPANY POLICIES SHOULD STATE THE SCOPE OF THE JOB, AND IF IT IS IN ANY WAY IN CONFLICT WITH THEIR RELIGION OR ANY OTHER TYPE BELIEF THAT THEY ARE NO ELIGIBLE FOR THE POSITION.
