The Obama administration has directed the military to not allow personnel to say “Christmas”, in spite of the holiday’s status as a federally-recognized holiday.
The reason given by armed forces officials is that not everyone celebrates Christmas and that out of respect for them, military members should refer to Christmas celebrations simply as “holiday”-themed festivities.
This prohibition comes in the context of a wider push for political correctness in society in general and the military in particular, as evidenced by the recent reprimanding of Navy Chaplain Wes Modder for simply discussing religion, as chaplains are wont to do, with military personnel.
See how servicemen have reacted to not being allowed to say Christmas at the link below:

Unfortunately it won’t happen, this order is punishable under USMJ, yes we can have rank , pay, and time taken away for saying merry Christmas. ..
How about everyone send obama a Merry Christmas card this year..and include a gift..just something simple..like maybe a slice of bacon or a pigs ear..
Screw him Merry Christmas
If this c**p is true……please, please PLEASE let his security detail slip up once he’s out of office. Well, for about a million reasons really.
Put a muzzle on him and take his pen and phone away!
Completely false
This is a lawful order from the cic…I don’t agree with it, but that’s how it works.
Un constitutional its called freedom of speach more liberal bs your only free to do or say what they eant you to do or say
Yup. And just another example of how Obama has been a horrible leader. He has pressed his religious ideology upon those who are serving. Clear example of lack of separation of church and state.
Only a Muslim would do this
