The Obama administration has directed the military to not allow personnel to say “Christmas”, in spite of the holiday’s status as a federally-recognized holiday.
The reason given by armed forces officials is that not everyone celebrates Christmas and that out of respect for them, military members should refer to Christmas celebrations simply as “holiday”-themed festivities.
This prohibition comes in the context of a wider push for political correctness in society in general and the military in particular, as evidenced by the recent reprimanding of Navy Chaplain Wes Modder for simply discussing religion, as chaplains are wont to do, with military personnel.

this son of a buttered biscuit eater should be forced to take his family and leave america for good and never be allowed to return. he not only hates white america, he hates jesus christ and christians and definitely hates our military as we knew it. men with not only pride and courage, but respect and love for others. take away the christmas part of it and anything to do with christ, the military left will be$#%&!@* unemotional, and no compassion for other human beings. when you take the human part out, you are left with machines which is what$#%&!@*had. america is being backed up into a deep corner and they will soon have to make choices about how to help themselves. Timothy John Brown thank you timothy for sharing this. i live in ky and found about 4 or 5 cities there who will receive these so called refugees. american citizens have no help from our reps in congress at all. they are doing very little or nothing to stop what this man is doing. afraid if obama isnt put out to pasture soon, he will have completely accompolished more than half of the destruction of our civilization as we know it. i do think if push comes to shove in the end, americans will step up to the plate and respond.
