At the Pennsylvania Conference for Women Tuesday, Michelle Obama shared her perspectives on U.S. politics.
Michelle Obama appears to be a woman easily bored, or of low intellect. But, in her defense, politics isn’t for everybody and perhaps her stupendous comments can be attributed to the pier mentioned factor.
She explained, “At the State of the Union address … when you are in the room what you can see is this real dichotomy. It’s a feeling of color almost. On one side of the room is literally gray and white. Literally, that is the color palette on one side of the room. On the other side of the room, there are yellows and blues and whites and greens. Physically, there’s a difference in color, in the tone, because on one side all men, all white, on the other side some woman, some people of color.”
Does anyone else notice the irony of our 1st Harvard educated African-American first lady basing her political ideas on the color palette of the room while arguing for progressive societal views?
But, this is her theory as to why people distrust politics. It has nothing to do with what her husband has done to this country.
She continued, “I look at that, and I go, no wonder. No wonder we struggle, no wonder people don’t trust politics. We’re not even noticing what these rooms look like.”
In a nutshell (Is it racist to use a nut joke when talking about African-Americans?) Michelle Obama believes white Republican men are the reason people don’t trust politicians.
Has she forgotten that her husband has gone on air claiming that (had he run in the 80s) the majority of his policies were actually moderate Republican?
Or that her husband is half-white?
Her children part-white?
Of course not. That wouldn’t be convenient.
Just a drop of minority blood is enough to propel the careers of the Elizabeth Warrens of the world. But, fair is not fair in the great new world of regressive liberal dogma.

Neither of those decisions was made based on race.
