Michelle Obama: I Can’t Wait Until I’m Not “Responsible for Every Headline”

In another part of her interview she stated that it’ll be nice to no longer be held accountable for every headline.

Well that’s a little conceited, wouldn’t you say? Apparently America revolves around the decisions of the Obamas, meaning we are incapable of being people without their help. I think she’s exaggerating her importance.

ON WHAT SHE’S LOOKING FORWARD TO AFTER LEAVING THE WHITE HOUSE

“My hopes are to recapture some of the everydayness, some anonymity. And we know that will take some time. But I always joke that I dream of opening up my front door and walking out without any notification, without any security.”

“….and it will be nice to open up the paper, look at the front page, and know that you’re not responsible for every headline… It’s sort of like, It’s not my job.”

Yeah, it isn’t your job. It never was. Just like it’s not your job to interfere with public schools and college programs. It’s also not your job to create racial divide among Americans, but you did that anyways. You can’t wait to get out of the White House, and we can’t wait for you to get out of all of our lives. Good riddance.
