Does Obamacare contain a clause that mandates invasive microchip implantation? The wording of subtitle c-11 section 2521 of the ACA speaks to an “implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.”
This section is so vaguely worded that it could definately permit for an implanted RFID chip. This particular section is actually a rewrite that used to speak directly to an implantable, radio frequency device, but after Ron Paul warned the public of this, it was changed.
MOVE TO SECOND PAGE:
Let’s make a new law, that says no bill may contain more than one page. This is ridiculous, what idiot would sign into law bills they had never read? Oh, yeah our Congressman.
Are you kidding? Not a chance!!!!!!!!!!
Repent
It definately opens the door. The verbage is vague enough to later include many devices.
Did follow up instead of following the sudden rush by the mice that are following the flutist. There are more sites and blogs discussing it’s myth then those that support. I think it would be ridiculously laughable to think the government would try an implement a policy as such, the backfire would more then they could possibly hope to handle.Seriously……
Please people, if you are that worried and concerned read the damned thing. In the words of Abraham Lincoln, “everything you read on the Internet is true!” LMAO!!!!
I would love to know why the Anti Christ has to always come from America, pretty sad if we always expect the worst out of a country we take pride in being so great.
you can take your microchip and shove it your ass Obama
I’m completely against Obamacare, but if you read that section carefully, it does NOT say that everyone has to get one. It says that the devices themselves have to be part of the database registry to “facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device”. This is fearmongering, nothing more.
Incremental-ism. Its that much closer to accepting them willingly. Its just a matter of time and marketing.
Why is there no link to the FDA definition? RFID chips are for pets. Implantable devices for humans are things like pacemakers, hip replacements, knee replacements, etc.
I am not a supporter of Obama, and the health care bill is a disaster, but it doesn’t mandate chip implants. Every time I see this claim and start trying to track down the info, I run into things like this unidentified FDA reference….
