Does Obamacare contain a clause that mandates invasive microchip implantation? The wording of subtitle c-11 section 2521 of the ACA speaks to an “implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.”
This section is so vaguely worded that it could definately permit for an implanted RFID chip. This particular section is actually a rewrite that used to speak directly to an implantable, radio frequency device, but after Ron Paul warned the public of this, it was changed.
MOVE TO SECOND PAGE:
I don’t read anything there about it being mandatory to have a device implanted. It just says that IF a class II or class III device is used in a person, it must be recorded in a registry. I’m not in favor of Obamacare, but I think the author of this article has misunderstood the text he quoted.
Hmm I went to the FDA website to look up what a Class II device was, and this is what it said, “Class II devices include powered wheelchairs, infusion pumps, and surgical drapes.” Good. Good. Keep the fear going.

I could be mistaken, but I read through that section, and it talks about a registry of each device that “is or has been used on a patient.” It then goes on to detail what kind of information will be collected (primarily effectiveness and safety information). Nowhere does it mandate that these devices have to be implanted in anyone.
If I understand it correctly, it’s saying “information needs to be recorded in a single place about class III and certain class II devices (which include a wide variety of medical devices such as pacemakers and automated defibrillators).” That’s it. Nothing about regulating or requiring the use of these devices.
Don’t get me wrong; I don’t trust Congress or the President further than I can throw them, and would just as soon see Obamacare repealed. But in this case, I don’t see the requirement in the text.

No idea if this is true or not. I don’t remember seeing the ENTIRE bill posted anywhere. NOT that regular people (nor can Congress or the Supreme Court apparently), I just don’t understand the people STILL approving of this egotistical, narcissistic man that believes he is god. these are for devices that allow doctors to moniter patients pacemakers function,etc over a landline…unfortunately they do nothing for paranoia.
This makes it even worse now my father has to pay for a chip to put in his employees at our Lead Factory. Its bad enough we have to pay for these bozos health care, I dont care how long theyve been working full time they should be happy with the $8.25 an hour regardless of “awww my hands are burning and my lungs hurt from the lead fumes.” Its not insurances fault because they wont take you for the pre existing lung condition from said factory work. Damn this obama you know the Rapture is coming when i had to settle for a RS Camaro INSTEAD of the ZL1.
