Man Charged With Tossing Alligator into Wendy’s Drive-thru Window

Man Charged With Tossing Alligator into Wendy’s Drive-thru Window

There’s something about drive-thrus that pranksters just can’t get enough of.

Are they easy targets? Yes.

Are drive thru pranks repetitive? Absolutely.

And it’s because of this, that one prankster in Florida is now sitting in a jail cell. What did he do that would involve drive-thrus, you might be wondering. Some people toss water balloons through drive-thru windows, some people toss diapers and some people toss live alligators.

The prankster, 23-year-old Joshua James, pulled up to the window to receive his order. After being handed his drink, he reached into his back seat and then tossed a three and half foot alligator, which he’d found on the side of the road, at the drive thru attendant. James is now facing an aggravated assault charge (it’s amazing what’s considered a deadly weapon, these days) and unlawful possession and transportation of an alligator. His bail is currently set at $6,000. You can watch a video of the news report on the next page.
