When DonaldĀ Trump secured the Republican nomination, Barack Obama probably thought that his legacy was secure. The man everyone said could not win was going up against Hillary Clinton, the woman who pledged to keep Obama’s legacy intact.
Unfortunately for Obama, almost everyone got it wrong. Donald Trump won big in November, and now eight years of Obama-era regulations are set to be dismantled under the new president-elect.
But Obama isn’t giving up. Despite having warned Trump to not over-use executive orders, the lame duck president is now using all the power at his disposal to keep Trump from undoing his fragile legacy.
Obama’s latest last-minute power-grab has to do with offshore drilling. Trump may have campaigned on a promise to make America more energy independent, but if Obama gets his way, he may not be able to.
See how he’s trying to keep Trump from drilling for oil off the American coastline on the next page:

Everything, tie his hands..Dont let him do$#%&!@*
If I was president, I would do what I want , 1st, anything Obama did , I would undo .
Blah blah blah
No problem TRUMP is coming, change Made America Great Again
Its not enough to just say he is sick – its worse
It will be gone January 20
Give me a break what kind if idiot is Obama to warn Trump not to over use executive orders. Is this one of those do as I say not as I do orders? Who in the hell does he think he is anyway. Talk about narcissistic arrogant petulant arrogant idiot even these words do not completely describe Obama. He just needs to open his eyes and ears and understand just what Americans want, wanted, needed and expected from their president, he did nothing for them and as a result he needs to put in his big boy pants and apologize to the American people for being a total disgrace as their president.
Only thirteen days left.
Can’t wait for the Liars Club to leave.
Sure, let’s go ahead and$#%&!@*up more of our beautiful oceans. I am sure those against these bans will make the Louisiana fisherman feel more comfortable. Better yet, let’s ask the people who live around Prince William Sound what they think. That area has not recovered from the Valdez spill almost 30 years later. I want energy independence as well but we have enough oil, natural gas and coal in the country and there is no need to do anymore new offshore drilling.
