Actress Julianne Moore is yet another artiste with strong, liberal opinions on subjects that she knows nothing about. She repeats the talking points lefty organizations give her (though she seems to confuse the details from one interview to another), and at the end of the day, her logic fails and it is clear that she is just another actress who pretends for a living.
Since she is a Hollywood celebrity, you can already guess that she is anti-gun, or as the Left dishonestly states, she is for “common-sense gun control.” For progressive celebrities and politicians, that means gun confiscation from ordinary citizens, but not from the armed security details that protect them during their every waking moment. The hypocrisy is stunning, but these folks never even see it!

Daniel Niesman that is correct since the militia is made up of towns people, farmers and the people living around the town, they were also required to keep powder and ammunition . The militia is the people since there was not enough money to pay for a standing army.

Apparently you have a reading comprehension problem and don’t understand what that “comma” means within the English Language
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,
(Comma signifying a Separate clause) “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,” SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
The rights of the people to keep and bear arms is separate from clause stating the well regulated militia…
What this Amendment clearly States and means is that.
You don’t get to define, redefine, interpret or reinterpreted our Contract and neither do those it’s limiting (our fictitious construct of servants and representatives)
These recognized, listed rights are by no means our only rights (see the 9th A). They are not given or constructed by this contract but a clause telling our establishment what the specific rules are leading to “Shall not be infringed” which is the clause stating that our construct has absolutely no right to interfere in any way.
Interference/infringement is ANY act of “regulation” by our servants.
