Hillary Seeks Forced Drug Testing on Children

With WikiLeaks continuing to release shocking emails detailing unsavory conversations between Hillary staffers and other Democratic operatives, the latest batch documents one of the former First Lady’s most controversial positions. Keeping in line with her vision of a society where the state raises children, Clinton is said to support subjecting kids to mandatory drug tests whenever they visit their doctor:

“Clinton’s statism was recently revealed for the umpteenth time by WikiLeaks in a lengthy August 2015 email chain that involved roughly a dozen of her campaign staffers discussing and suggesting edits for an op-ed on substance abuse ostensibly written by (but more likely for) Clinton.

A rough draft of the op-ed containing Clinton’s policy proposals had been presented to the rest of the top campaign staffers by policy adviser Ann O’Leary, and there was an objection to one major point right away, that being a policy mandating ‘drug screening for children and teenagers’ during annual doctor visits.

Senior communications adviser Karen Finney wrote: ‘The only thing that stood out to me was annual drug screening for children and teenagers, could see the GOP having a field day. Can we explain that one a little more?’

Campaign strategist Joel Benenson chimed in with: ‘Democrats are going to have a field day with it. It is also probably unconstitutional violation of 4th Amendment, isn’t it?’

After a few more suggestions regarding other aspects of Clinton’s plan to combat drug abuse, campaign press secretary Nick Merrill wrote: ‘I’m piling on at this point, but without knowing the background or the particulars, the mandatory testing piece is troubling to me. Not to mention I probably wouldn’t have passed at times in my younger years … I bet I’m not the only one.’”
