Florida Department Of Agriculture Demands Family Run Dairy Farm Label Milk “Imitation”

A family owned dairy operation is being sued by the  Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, forcing the Ocheesee Creamery of Florida to label all their skim milk “imitation”.  “Imitation” products are usually those which are made from different ingredients and additives tasting when combined like a real food product.

Here, we have the milk straight from the cow, no additives, it is the real thing.  Yet, the FDAC is taking to court this small business insisting they lie, and label their milk “imitation”.
