Here is a clear case of religious suicide. The Bishop of Stockholm has proposed a church in her diocese (of course it is not HER church) remove all signs of the cross and put down markings showing the direction to Mecca for the benefit of Muslim worshippers.
Eva Brunne, who was made the world’s first openly lesbian bishop by the church of Sweden in 2009, and has a young son with her wife and fellow lesbian priest Gunilla Linden, made the suggestion to make those of other faiths more welcome. Results of such a decision on the next page:

If we stand silent and tolerate the false prophets who lead our brothers and sisters astray into sin, then Jesus is not happy with us. This means that we need to voice the truth about abortion, homosexuality, sex outside of marriage, etc., when those professing to speak for God say these things are okay. Much of what is now being accepted in some churches across the globe under the guise of political correctness is evil and wickedness in the sight of God. Nobody who asserts that such things are okay speaks for God; I warn my brothers and sisters that they are wolves in sheep’s clothing, the devil’s messengers who are often themselves deceived as they promote sin and ungodliness. I plead with my fellow siblings in Christ, persevere in faith, trusting God and heeding his word.
She figured out that if she became a “religious figure” she could promote her agenda through the church. People of God do not go to her church or follow her teachings.
