Here is a clear case of religious suicide. The Bishop of Stockholm has proposed a church in her diocese (of course it is not HER church) remove all signs of the cross and put down markings showing the direction to Mecca for the benefit of Muslim worshippers.

1 obviously this is not a catholic church or she would never have been eligable for nomination to bishop being a woman
2 what denomination allows people openly living in sin to maintain a leadership position within the church? Secretary position i can see, but certainly not bishop!
3 i can understand why a bishop would be interested in learning about islamic or wiccan or… whatever symbols. And im not against the church being in possession of books or other teaching tools for a lesson on the subject (to congrgation or leadership).
But NO it is a church and only christian symbols should be displayed. The public display of islamic or any other religious symbols should be limited to the flags of countries with missionaries abroad.
