EPA Turns Off Radiation Sensors

The EPA, so vigilant about pollution, carbon emissions and specks of dirt in waterways, turns OFF sensors that detect radiation because they are faulty and they FAIL to get them fixed? This, even in the aftermath of Fukushima?
