Academy Award -winning actress and insufferable liberal Emma Thompson was once again spewing her leftist propaganda this week — this time regarding fracking — but it likely didn’t go as planned for the Hollywood celeb. In return for spewing some verbal manure, a local farmer decided to retaliate in kind.
Oscar-winning actress Emma Thompson recently broke a police injunction to protest against fracking plans at a farm in the U.K.—but it almost landed her in deep doo-doo.
The 57-year-old actress was filming a parody episode of the Great British Bake Off called “Frack Free Bake Off” with her sister Sophie Thompson.
[…]While Thompson voiced her opposition to potential fracking at the site, the farmer drove his manure spreader in circles around the film crew, splattering protesters and crew with a liquid manure sludge.
Maybe this will simply further endear her to Hollywood set she surrounds herself with. It seems disconnected liberal activism is as important to them as their careers — as they are basically intertwined. To see the video that has the rest of us laughing, however, see below.
