Once again the Obama Administration is looking to give criminals a literal “Get out of jail free” card, claiming that holding defendants in jail because they can’t afford to make bail is unconstitutional.
Funny, the Justice Department has never cared about abiding by the Constitution before. This is just the latest step by the Obama Administration in encouraging courts to move away from imposing fixed cash bail amounts. According to a spokesperson, bail practices that incarcerate individuals because they can’t afford bail is against the Fourteenth Amendment, which guarantees equal protection.
What this will actually do, is make it easier for criminals to stay out on the street. This is just one of the many steps taken over the past year to ensure that criminals no longer face the consequences of their actions, especially based on the color of their skin.
If you’ll recall this past year, President Obama violated the rights of property owners to determine who should live on their property by basically forcing landlords to house criminals. And what about the Department of Justice forcing “Implicit Bias” training on law enforcement to destigmatize black criminals.

It’s almost satisfying to think about Hillary Clinton not being elected, but when it comes down to voting for a president, the people’s choice is not what counts at all. You can go out and vote , you can even leave work to go vote, but when it’s all said and done, the other people behind the scenes make their decision, not the American public. There could be an overwhelming landslide victory for Trump or any other candidate, even as plain as the nose on your face, and then it’s the government and the media that makes the case that what you’re seeing isn’t really the case. Mark my words , Hillary Clinton will win this election no matter what. It’s already been decided. Because Trump is a threat to their way of life, how many of us can go before our colleagues and take a vote for a pay raise? Only those we elect!!!!! Imagine going to work and telling your employer that we voted for a raise in pay, and their required by law to accept that. That’s what the government does to their bosses, us, the American people. And every four years we go out to vote , thinking we are really doing a good thing for America. The people have spoken! We have elected a president!! No, we haven’t !!! They have!! And unless there is truly a real revolution it can’t change, not with Clinton not with Trump not with anyone who runs for office in this so-called democracy. Elections are held to pacify the people, to make them think that their vote really counts. Weather you believe it or not, we live in a tyrannical lead country. Your employees tell you what you are to do, they decide how much you will pay them, they make laws that only apply to you, not them, your subordinates decide how much and where you are to get health care, they decide what kind of guns you are able to possess, and for the most part , everyone is okay with accepting this, and send them a paycheck. And life goes on, we go to work, come home , make dinner and tomorrow we do it all over again. There really isn’t much more that they want from you, all they want is for you to shut up and accept their word. Revolutions are a thing of the past, unless it’s a third world country of some sort. Even if the people called for a revolt, it in no way would ever overturn the US government, you paid for this country to be as strong as it is, and for your employees to be in charge if the most powerful weapons and technology the world has ever seen. There isn’t one country that would survive if they posted a threat to their way of life. And believe it or not the one at the top of that list is You!!!!
