The restaurant Sneakers Bistro in Local Winooski, Vermont has removed a sign that had the word ‘bacon’ due to Muslim opposition.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant issued the following statement, ““We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety (emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”
Is the ‘safety’ factor the restaurant cited due to their fear of what would happen if they didn’t remove ‘bacon’ from their sign?

We were here first, Let them go back where they came from if they don’t like what we eat here, or we eat what we want and they eat what they want and leave us alone and we will leave them alone. But they want every thing their way NO WAY GO AWAY.

We love our Food. All of it. Whether it be Beef. Or Pork. Or Chicken, Duck, Quail. Deer. Fish. It’s a choice. Eat what you want. God created all things. Plants and herbs. Beasts of the earth and fowl of the air. All things He created. He put everything here for our needs. Food is good, no matter what it is, where it came from. There’s food I love to eat, but my body don’t like it. So I don’t eat it. Not because of religion, but due to severe allergic reactions.
