The restaurant Sneakers Bistro in Local Winooski, Vermont has removed a sign that had the word ‘bacon’ due to Muslim opposition.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant issued the following statement, ““We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety (emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”
Is the ‘safety’ factor the restaurant cited due to their fear of what would happen if they didn’t remove ‘bacon’ from their sign?
What happens if a Muslim is Employed by the restaurant and they demand all Menus have Bacon taken of every menu ???
Under what American law were they forced to remove the word bacon, if muslims don’t like our laws leave its a free country.
This is criminal. We need to put pig farms next to every one of these settlements that exists in this country!
